Useful objects. Clear limits.

Ripple sells physical, self-fit bathroom goods in USD. An order offer is accepted when we send an order confirmation after successful payment. We may reject or cancel before dispatch for stock, pricing, payment-risk, delivery restriction or legal reasons, with the applicable amount returned.

Ripple only sells surface-level bathroom goods intended for consumer placement without drilling or tools. We do not provide or undertake water-supply, drainage, gas, electrical, heating, repair or fitting work, and we do not sell equipment requiring connection to fixed supply, waste, gas or electrical systems.

If a task would change a fixed line, circuit or building fabric, stop and engage an appropriately qualified professional independently of Ripple.

Tension, adhesive and over-door pieces must be used only on suitable surfaces, dimensions and door clearances stated on the product page. Painted, textured, porous, weak or treated surfaces may be unsuitable. Surface incompatibility is not a defect where the stated fit conditions were not met.

Clean and dry surfaces, observe load limits, recheck tension after moving, and never force a thread or connector.

LED mirrors and lights are certified for their described market use, battery or low-voltage powered, and never require a fixed electrical connection. Observe the marked ingress and splash-zone limitations, do not immerse, and remove batteries for extended storage. Certification and water-resistance scope is stated with the item.

Foot-soak and relaxation items are ordinary lifestyle goods. They are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, relieve pain, improve sleep or provide therapy. Stop use if an item is damaged or feels unsuitable.

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. Taxes and any destination charges are shown or handled as described at checkout. Stripe or PayPal processes payment details.

Paid Club membership renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the period end. Membership has no points, stored money or transferable balance.

Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied. Ownership passes after full cleared payment. Customers must provide a deliverable address and promptly review carrier notices. Cross-border duties may be charged by the destination authority.

Returns and refunds follow our Returns and Refund policies and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by ignoring product limits, unsuitable surfaces, forced connections, unauthorised modification or abnormal use.

Users under 13 may not use the store. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission; purchases must be made by an adult. Do not misuse the site, payment flow, membership access, product reviews or original product designs.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights in a consumer's country of residence. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available. Contact support before beginning a dispute so we can review the order evidence.
